All,
Thanks to everyone who was able to make it out to the Woodshire Civic Club Meeting on March 8th! In addition to updates around communication, beautification, security, community, and finance (see attached slides), we also held Board of Director and Deed Restrictions Committee elections, the results of which are below.
2023-2024 Woodshire Civic Club Officers
- President – Christian Gubitz
- Vice President – Jonna Hitchcock
- Treasurer – Shawn Jackson
- Recording Secretary – Mary Shapiro
- Corresponding Secretary – Liane Lacour
Deed Restrictions Committee
- Chair – Paul Johnson
- Member – Norris Moseley
Special thanks to Jon Le Grand (outgoing Treasurer), Bendi Saindon (outgoing Corresponding Secretary), and Gracie McClure (outgoing Vice President) for their many and continued contributions to the Civic Club.
A reminder to those that have not already paid 2023 dues, we would very much appreciate it if you could pay them so we can better budget and plan for the year. Dues go towards security patrol and video monitoring, mosquito spraying, maintaining common areas, beautifying Stella Link esplanades, the newsletter and website, new neighbor welcome baskets, Neighborhood Night Out, and much more. Civic Club dues for 2023 are $200 and there are a variety of payment options, see Contribute – Woodshire Civic Club. 2023 Supporter yard signs are also still available, get yours today!
Also, for those interested, we have a Stella Link Sweep event tomorrow (Saturday, March 11th) at 9AM, come out and join us for a few minutes to help pick up trash and improve the appearance of Stella Link outside our neighborhood.
Thanks,
Christian Gubitz
President, Woodshire Civic Club
